Creative Devices Inc. was instituted in 1970. At that time our name was Micron Optics Inc. and we were the Nikon microscope dealer for New Jersey. In 1990 we sold the name and transferred the Nikon franchise to Sylvax Scientific. We then continued doing business as Creative Devices, Specializing in the field of semiconductor inspection and test, materials research and metrology. We now are manufacturers, importers, custom optical system designers, distributors and manufacturers representatives for products relating to these various fields.
