200 TPI to be used for sub micron probing.
EB-005 SUB-MICRON/RF MICROPOSITIONER
This is a larger heavier type of lead screw driven micropositioner which
has 2 major uses. With the 100TPI (threads per inch) version it is used with an attached Microwave probe link arm with a fine tilt micrometer planarity
mechanism. With the 200 tpi sub micron resolution version, it is used for probing fine structures on devices.
From 4″ diameter to 8″ and 200 degrees C to 600 degrees C
with standard or programmable controller.
LASER STATION STAND
This is a large heavy stand that we have used for those applications that require extreme ridgitity for a laser mounted microscope or a microscope with a heavy cooled high sensitivity NIR type camera, at high magnification.
HIGH VOLTAGE PROBE HOLDER
This is a probe holder designed for those applications where high voltage such as 1KV and above are required. The practice is usually done with the device to be probed immersed in fluorinert or in a high vacuum environment, to prevent arcing.
TRIAXIAL PROBE HOLDER
This is another step up in sensitivity combining the above features with an additional guard sheath wire to further insulate the signal.
This type of probe holder can be used down to the Femptoamp range.
COAXIAL PROBE HOLDER
For applications where low current is to be used and background noise is a problem, we recomment the use of a coaxial probe holder. The tip is teflon isolated and the inner signal wire is isolated from the ground sheath wire by a teflon layer. These should be adequate into the Picoamp range.
