Semiconductor trimming lasers. – single or multiwavelength: NUV 355nm,
Green 532nm and NIR 1064nm air cooled and water cooled compact YAG lasers
for trimming and ablation of metal, silicon and passivation layers on semiconductor devices. Used for Failure analysis, resistor trimming, removal of artifacts and contaminants and design engineering.
Laser comes in 1-3 different wave lengths. 355nm, 532nm, and 1064nm.
355nm is for passivation removeal.
532nm is for general laser ablation.
1064nm is for trimming of metalization.
